KPC is an exciting, evangelical parish set in an attractive and growing village on the edge of Solihull. Welcoming all ages across a wide range of worship and activities, this large church regularly reaches and resources over 1000 people. Our new vicar will particularly relish:
- Offering scripture-rooted teaching and preaching, enjoying diverse worship styles and inspiring all ages to grow in unity as disciples
- Building, developing and enthusing a large team of paid staff and volunteers to work together in growing God’s kingdom
- Enabling clear strategic decisions to fulfil KPC’s aim to grow life-long followers of Jesus
- Practicing collaborative and cooperative leadership at all levels.
This is a significant opportunity for a priest with a vocation to minister with a larger church and team which wants to flourish in spiritual depth and grow numerically for the blessing of its community. This role is for an oversight minister, part of the People & Places strategy of Church of England, Birmingham.
