    From 19 October 2022, The Rt. Revd. Anne Hollinghurst, Bishop of Aston, Suffragan Bishop CofE Birmingham, has been authorised by the Archbishop of Canterbury as commissary bishop or ‘Acting Bishop of Birmingham’.
