Working closely with the Director of Ministry and other team leaders, the role oversees day-to-day operations, develops sustainable systems and processes, supports strategic priorities such as vocations, formation and leadership development, and contributes to the wider mission of the team through collaborative leadership, effective administration and a commitment to prayerful discernment.
