We are looking for a Project Manager to work, under the direction of the Director of Finance, with us across two phases: development and delivery. The work needs to be done in collaboration across the whole breadth of CofEB including clergy, staff, parish teams and national teams, so the ability to build strong relationships at all levels is vital.
The successful post holder will creatively bring together data (for example demographic, financial and statistics for mission), enabling us to better understand the diocese and its operations, the nature of parishes and oversight areas, and to plan for the future. We have already developed some data tools but are keen to improve and develop these with the right expertise.
This is an exciting opportunity for inspiring leaders who love empowering volunteers to share in mission together amongst families through a local church. There is one position as Children and Families Missioner (CFM) within the Children and Families Missioner team in Yardley & Solihull.
We are looking for a committed prayerful enthusiastic Christian with an infectious faith who is experienced in helping children, young people and their families grow in faith and discipleship, to join our team.
