The purpose of this role is to develop, enable and deliver training across the West Midlands region that equips church members and clergy at all levels within the church to reflect on and embed an anti-racist culture through practices, systems and processes and to support the broadening and deepening of the contribution from Global Majority Heritage/UK Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME) clergy and lay members of churches.

The Operations Coordinator (GS South) will be responsible for assisting the operations team in the smooth running of Gas Street Church events & facilities, with a particular focus at the Gas Street South location.
As Safer Recruitment Administrator you will ensure all volunteers and staff have adequate safer recruitment checks and safeguarding training.
As a Content Creator, you’ll create and publish engaging content for our social media channels. You will help tell the story of what is happening locally and globally in a fresh way. The aim is to communicate effectively whilst growing our audience. As part of this, you’ll ideate concepts, develop and execute campaigns plus write compelling copy that drives growth and engagement across the ministries of Gas Street Church and other expressions including Gas Street Music.
The Ministries Support Officer will, with support from a colleague (0.5fte), provide support to team through personal and diary support to the Director of Ministry, whilst primarily providing support to the discernment, formation, learning and development programmes and processes offered, through practical arrangements and excellent administration and communication with participants and/or candidates.
This is an exciting opportunity for inspiring leaders who love empowering volunteers to share in mission together amongst families through a local church. There is one position as Children and Families Missioner (CFM) within the Children and Families Missioner team in Yardley & Solihull.
The role holder, in addition to providing administration, will support the church and church hall by helping to provide a welcoming environment. This includes demonstrating Christian hospitality to all visitors in support of our vision to demonstrate the love of God.
We are looking for a committed prayerful enthusiastic Christian with an infectious faith who is experienced in helping children, young people and their families grow in faith and discipleship, to join our team.
The role of a treasurer is a very important one. Not only will you be responsible for overseeing the church finances, but the Parochial Church Council (PCC) is also a registered charity and needs to conform to Charity Commission guidance.
