Tuesday 1

Henry, John, and Henry Venn the younger, Priests, Evangelical Divines, 1797, 1813 and 1873

We are invited to pray for CofEB's bid for national funding.

Gracious God,
You plant dreams in your people
and call us to walk by faith, not by sight.
Thank you for your gift of a vision of churches growing in each community,
and lives transformed by the power of the gospel.
As we await the outcome of our bid for National Funding,
anchor us in hope, guard us from fear, and strengthen our unity in Christ.
Give us courage to follow where you lead, joy to serve you together,
and imagination to understand what is possible through your Spirit.
May our churches grow younger, more diverse, and deeper in love,
and may your Kingdom come in Birmingham and beyond.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord,
Amen
