The South Worship Pastor’s objectives are to assist and bring leadership alongside the Lead Worship Pastor. Helping to run, coordinate and pastor the worship team at Gas Street South and across all Gas Street locations. They will regularly lead worship at GS South and also work flexibly across all Gas Street Locations when required to serve at those gatherings.
The Youth Pastor (GS South) will pastorally care for young people aged 11-18 who attend Gas Street South. They will be responsible for recruiting, envisioning and raising up a team of capable, passionate and committed volunteers and leaders. They will work alongside the Lead Youth Pastor to oversee the content and delivery of the weekly programme ensuring cohesion with the wider vision and values of Gas Street Church. They will be responsible for helping to implement the vision of Gas Street Youth with a remit for growth and future development.
