Parish Administrator - All Saints Four Oaks

The Parish of All Saints Four Oaks is seeking a Parish Administrator to support us in our mission and ministry.  This is a newly created post. As a church, we are committed to our vision of demonstrating the love of God and sharing the Good News of Jesus with all those we encounter.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to welcome visitors, deal in a friendly and sensitive way with enquiries.
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
  • A knowledge of financial systems and processes, and a willingness to learn new skills in this area.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • An understanding of social media
  • Excellent accuracy/attention to detail
  • Flexibility to cope with changing demands, manage priorities, and use personal initiative.
  • The post holder is to be in sympathy with the Christian Ethos and Values

 

 

Details of the Post

Part-time post – 20 hours per week

Salary - £14,560 per annum
